The agency's territory extends over the entire upstream area of the Seine from the Port à l'Anglais lock, including the multimodal platform of Bonneuil-sur-Marne, and covers the departments of Essonne, Val-de-Marne and Seine-et-Marne.

Heavy lift stations

On the Seine-Amont, the PAP has 2 ports equipped with heavy or bulky load stations: Evry (91) and Bray-sur-Seine (77).

Public wharves

Several public wharves are available to shippers for occasional operations: Corbeil-Essonnes, Evry and Dammarie-les-lys on the Seine, Lagny sur Marne and Meaux sur Marne.
 These wharves support an overload of 6 tonnes per m², quayside.
 The public ports of Corbeil-Essonnes and Meaux are equipped with a chute for loading cereals.
 Any request for the occasional use of a quay for transhipments can be considered, depending on availability.
