A dynamic environment
On a surface area of 198 ha, the port offers 65,000 m² of warehouses and business premises, all of which are owned by the port.
An 11,350 m² river terminal accommodates containers and a river line service is provided to the ports of Evry, Gennevilliers and La Bourdonnais, in the centre of Paris. It enables companies located in the south-eastern part of the Paris region to benefit from the advantages of combined inland waterway transport, namely: security, regularity, reactivity, administrative facilities (in particular customs procedures), storage facilities.
The assets of the port site
Since its creation, the port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne has attracted industrial companies. Their activities, generating significant traffic, have led to the development and permanent modernization of the built heritage offered by HAROPA - Ports de Paris and the platform's infrastructure. Today, valuable services, such as combined rail-road transport of swap bodies or river container services, offer companies unique opportunities that attract the interest of logistics experts. Close to Paris with urban access, the port also offers the possibility of receiving 850 m long trains.
To get established, the port offers serviced building land, warehouses and offices with access to the medium and low voltage EDF network, industrial gas, and connections to high-speed telecommunications networks.
Setting up in the port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne also means benefiting from the presence and expertise of the port agency team present on site. As a permanent interface with companies, the agency provides the necessary reactivity to propose solutions on a daily basis
A site that’s constantly evolving
To best meet the ambitions for the development of its activities, in harmony with its environment, the Port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne has adopted a Medium-Term Sustainable Development Plan (2020). A team of designers has developed a reference project and engaged in a 6-year collaboration to implement it.
An 18,000 m² logistics building on a 47,000 m² site in the northern part of the port is used for rail/road postal logistics by swap bodies. It will benefit from the most modern features in terms of environmental quality. 9 ha of additional land is currently being acquired. These lands adjacent to the railway line will accommodate new settlements directly served by rail and waterways.
A recognized multimodal platform
