Liquid bulk terminals

HAROPA liquid bulk terminals are mainly dedicated to petroleum products and chemicals. HAROPA is the French leader in energy supply and petrochemical products.

Most of the other ports in the Ile-de-France network, urban ports or multimodal platforms, have construction activity on their terminal.

Terminals in Le Havre 

  • Le Havre, the 2nd French port for liquid bulk traffic 
  • Antifer, XXL oil port: 18m draught, with direct access to VLCCs up to 250,000 deadweight tonnes (at high tide) 
  • 24-hour ship reception
  • Chemical wharves in a level basin, 13.8m draught
  • Chemicals: aromatics, butadiene, olefins, additives, fluids, solvents, biofuels, industrial alcohols, sulphur, commodities, naphtha… 

Antifer oil terminal (CIM-CCMP) 

  • Direct access to tankers up to 550,000 tonnes, draught 35 m
  • 20% of crude oil imported into France
  • 25,000 m³ per hour
  • Storage capacity: 640,000 m³ including 4 tanks of 150,000 m³ of crude oil and 2 service tanks of 20,000 m³ connected by 26 km of pipeline to CIM's oil facilities in Le Havre (TRAPIL and CEPS networks) 

Rouen and Port-Jérôme terminals 

  • 3rd French port for bulk liquid 
  • Draught of 10.5m on a rising tide and 11m on the fall

Refining and petrochemical terminal

  • 6 berths
  • Ships up to 50kT
  • Sectors: refined products, chemicals, olefins.

Agri-food terminal

  • 1 berth
  • Ships up to 8kT
  • Sectors: biofuel

Ile-de-France terminals

  • Gennevilliers: Lower Seine pipeline arrival point and connection point with the ring road networks around Paris (TRAPIL network); oil depots at the port
  • Limay: 1st seaport in the Ile-de-France region; multi-bulk platform capable of storing all types of traffic
