In addition to national partnerships with the other Grands Ports Maritimes, or internationally, many partnerships have been established at the local level with:

  • HAROPA-Port de Rouen
  • GEODE - National Wetlands Group
  • local elected officials
  • administrations (DREAL, DDTM, etc.)
  • the managers of the Natural Reserve, the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Park, Caux estuary, Caux Vallée de Seine
  • The Seine Normandy Water Agency (AESN), the Association of Users of the Alluvial Plain of the Seine Estuary (AUPAES) and the group of operators of the Seine Alluvial Prairies (GEPAES)
  • scientists, including the GIP Seine-Aval Public Interest Group
  • representatives of activities on the territory (fishing, agriculture, hunting, etc)
  • industrialists, CODAH, AURH, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Le Havre CCIH
  • environmental protection associations (SOS Estuary, Ecology for Le Havre, etc)
  • and more broadly all the environmental actors in our region.
